After spending 18 years in the NHS, working for our local trust, attending the St. John four day first aid course and subsequent 3 day refresher courses, which are to a very high standard- I can honestly say over the 1.5 hours Alyesha took to train and refresh us, I learned and will remember more than I have learned in the past.
She explained and demonstrated in a brilliant and easy to understand way, and answered any questions no matter how trivial we thought they were- in a way that helps makes you feel confident.
